FABULOUS HUNTING PROPERTY. Located about 1.5 hours West of Del Rio, TX. This property has abundant wildlife for hunting. It has only been hunted very lightly over the past few years and the neighboring property owners to the east and north do not hunt. Active wildlife includes Mule Deer, White Tail Deer, Audad, Javalina, Ferrel Hog, Coyote, Fox, Dove and Quail. There are Mexican Black Bear in the area which are protected but we have not personally seen any on this property. All of the photos of wildlife are, recent and are date stamped on the photos.

There are countless building sites for a cabin or house. The county airstrip is only 2.5 miles from the main gate on Highway 90. from that same gate to the property is about 7 miles in, but it's pretty rough and takes about 25 minutes to make this drive. 4 wheel drive really recommended but some go back with 2 wheel drive. There is usually standing water in the creek bed that runs through the property. There is a massive dry river bed/arroyo that is on the property to the north and a smaller one that cuts through the property. Abundant views from all over the property with lots of flat land and lots of elevated bluffs. The large Monarch butterflies also migrate through each year and there are literally millions of them if you happen to catch them at the right time.
