Bobo Creek Tract

The Bobo Creek tract is a 26+/- acre tract of land with three sides of boundary on the Talladega National Forest. This tract has interior frontage on the scenic Bobo Creek. The tract is loaded with big hardwoods that include upland hardwoods on the hillside and bottomland hardwoods along the creek. There is a high dollar value of timber on this property. The Pinhoti Trail crosses within one mile of this property.

This property is behind a locked Forest Service Gate. The roadway to the property as of 2/12/18 is currently blocked with downed trees from a recent snow storm. To get to the property the new owner will have to go through the permitting process with the Forest Service to get a key for the gate and permission to use the road. For showing purposes buyers will have to walk about 1 mile one way to the property to see it. It is well worth the walk once you get there. There is no access to power, nor will there ever be access to power on this property.

Visitors to the property can download Southeastern Land Groups app TerraPlat for an interactive map of the property. There is good cell signal on the property. All offers on this tract must be cash with no finance contingency. This property cannot be leased. All buyer prospects are responsible for researching hunting regulations for properties that border an interstate highway and National Forest boundary.

If you need a property to trade the Forest Service for another property, this could be an option.
