GPS will not get you there. From Rockhill Baptist Church, drive west on Highway 31 and immediately turn left on FM 3204. In 2.1 miles, turn left on County Road 3400. In 0.6 miles, turn left on a dirt road in between a barbed wire fence and a wooden privacy fence. Follow this road to the property. Orange directional signs are placed at turns. You will have a hard left and pass a blue house on your right. Go through that gate (leave open if open, shut if shut, horses on the property.) This is the easement access to the property. The subject property starts at the next gate with cedar posts and a "For Sale" sign on the gate.
