Location

The ranch is located just off the quiet Upper Cibolo Creek Rd a few minutes past Boerne City Lake. It is under 20 minutes from downtown Boerne, TX and 10 minutes from IH-10. The convenient highway access allows easy commutes to San Antonio or Comfort as well as Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Bandera, and more!

Water

Although Little Joshua Creek is not currently flowing, the large bluffs throughout the ranch provide excellent run off to the creek which has multiple ponds running the eastern edge of the property. Aside from the Little Joshua Creek, the ranch has an unnamed creek that runs the middle of the ranch. This creek is dammed up providing 2 beautiful ponds that have held water exceptionally well.

Improvements

Entering the gated ranch, you will find a storage barn for equipment as well as 2 nice water wells (12 & 15 GPM). At the bottom of multiple large vistas, sitting just above the larger of the 2 private ponds, sits two off grid cabins. Although they do not have water or electricity, they are set up to function via rainwater and a generator. Both cabins are very nice and provide a true out-of-city experience. Wildlife

With almost 300 in elevation change, the ranch offers both incredible hilltop views and beautiful water fed valleys.
