Split Rock Ranch sits in both Crockett and Val Verde Counties. The acreage totals 2,868 +/- Acres.
The ranch is very diverse from side to side. It has rolling hills which is what you normally see in this area, but there is also a combination of live oak, shin oak, cedar and mesquite. The ranch has lots of grass, all of which are native to the area. The north portion ranch is more flat while the south portion has a more dramatic elevation change. From beautiful hilltop to low lying draws, this place has it! Water on the ranch is provided by two wells, both of which have submersible pumps. One is powered by electricity and the other is powered by a solar system. Both of the wells are approximately 500 deep. There is a system of water storage tanks and troughs used to water the wildlife on the ranch. There currently arent any cows on the property, but there is plenty of grass for them and there is even a large set of working pens on the North side. Electricity runs through the middle of the property with several R.V. hookups and campsites located throughout the ranch. There are plenty of wildlife including whitetail deer, turkey, quail, dove, feral hogs, and even a few exotics. One section (640 acres) of the ranch is "Mineral Classified" and that portion is priced at $995/acre or $636,800. The remaining 2228 acres of the ranch is priced at $795/acre or $1,771,260. This portion is surface only. These tracts can be seperated or purchased all together for the cattle and recreation property of your dream!!!
