Water: There are 11 water wells: 4 solar pumps; 5 windmills; 2 submersible pumps. 5 concrete and 2 fiberglass storage tanks. Around 7 miles of new pipeline and several miles of existing pipe are used to supply adequate water throughout the ranch. No.1 is located in the northwest portion of the ranch. A 30x50' metal barn with electricity and concrete floor is next to metal livestock corrals.

No. 2 Rock house headquarters is located in a more central location on the ranch. Rock house is built from native rock from there on the ranch, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and enclosed front porch. Wildlife: The Beasley Ranch has both white tail and blacktail deer. The black tail is mostly in Rio Grande River area. The white tail is seen mostly in the northern part of the ranch. Herds of audad sheep (barbary sheep) are found throughout the ranch. From time to time a herd of wild burros travel thru the Beasley Ranch. All other species of birds and wildlife found in this remote part of Texas are found on the Beasley's (Gatlin) Ranch.

Minerals: Owner will convey all minerals and other rights to buyer of the ranch. There has been a current mineral report completed on the Ranch and can be available to serous buyers. Roughly owner is conveying 1/3 of acres which mineral classified. Then 2/3 of acres which he owns 100% of the minerals.

Points of Interest: There is a documented old US Army Outpost overlooking the Rio Grande River and portions of Mexico. In 1989-1990 Exxon drilled a 25,357' wildcat well on this ranch. At the moment the well is being used as a water well. There is a log of this well upon request. Along with other information concerning the well. The Terrell County airport is located 6 miles North of the ranch.
