This is a beautiful tract of timber/hunting land located in a good area of South Alabama. It was cut over three years ago, but has a scattering of mature trees including mast bearing species. It has an abundance of young growth, being loblolly pine, sweetgum, red oaks and minor species. It has an abundance of deer, turkeys and small game. It has 10 developed food plots 8 ladder stands and 2 hunting blinds. It was leased last season to a hunter from Orlando, Florida who said that he saw several trophy sized bucks on camera, but did not get to harvest one as he did not get to hunt very much. It has a small stream which runs the length of the tract from the northwest corner to the southeast corner. The timber harvest left a generous streamside management zone along the stream with a good stand of mature hardwoods.
