19 miles northeast of Snyder, 76 miles northwest of Abilene, 102 miles east of Lubbock, and 250 miles west of D/FW, in Scurry County, Texas.

Typical of the area, this half-section ranch sports deep, iron-rich soils, healthy populations of native flora and fauna, and is raw enough to create something truly unique.

A true spring on the west end of the property flows into a gentle waterway that feeds two old tanks.
