34+ acres of mostly wooded property located on a paved road about a mile and a half southeast of Caro. The forest is a mix of hard and softwoods, including elm, ash, oaks, cherry, hickory, and apple. About 1200 of Sucker Creek winds its way across the property from southeast to northwest. The creek provides a good water source for the wildlife using the property including whitetail deer, wild turkey, and small game. The thick bottom lands along the creek are favored bedding areas for the deer. The creek is also a tributary of the Cass River, and it supports a fishable population of bass, pike, and rock bass.

The larger part of the parcel, beyond the creek, is very secluded, bounded to the north and east by larger private tracts. Back near the northeast corner there are remnants of an old pasture. A nice place to pitch a tent, gather round a warm fire and enjoy the night sky.
