This is a beautiful little tract of timber/hunting land located in a good area of South Alabama. It has about 30 acres of young natural loblolly pine and 5 acres of natural hardwood land. It has an abundance of deer, turkeys and small game. It has two developed food plots and two ladder stands. It was leased last season for a rental of $20.00 per acre. The hunter said that he saw several trophy sized bucks on camera, but never got a shot as he did not get to hunt very much. There were several trophies taken on the adjoining club on company land. It is located on a graded county road, about two miles off of Alabama Highway 10.
