OL GLORY RANCH
This beautiful ranch is approximately 3586 +/acres, with live water and diverse topography. TERRAIN & WATER
The terrain is diverse, including some bottomlands containing cottonwood trees, plateaus, and ridges, which are partially cleared and partially scattered with mesquite trees and hackberry trees. Covered bottomland, ridges, plateaus, and hills provide a great variety of ground for various wild game. Constantly flowing live water with Ballard Creek running approximately 2.5 miles of the ranch. The lake has four MBRK Fish Feeders purchased in 2021 and an older John Boat. The ranch is outside of any municipality, so it is not zoned. There are no known easements that would affect ranch operations. There is an Industrial high voltage power line along the one-mile frontage of US Highway 62. Taxes are estimated at $3,515 annually.
