Northwest of Angleton and northeast of West Columbia (north of Columbia Lakes Golf Resort) on the west side of the Brazos. Next to Halliburton's corporate Duck hunting & bass fishing lake- Manor Lake.

From 288 south take 1462 west to Co Rd 25 (also known as Cow Creek Rd). Turn left at blinking light. Continue south to Co Rd 27 and turn left. Ranch at dead end on left.

From Southwest Freeway, exit Grand Parkway (99), go under overpass left and go past Greatwood. Continue straight on 762. Continue on 762 (left at blinking light) to 1462. Turn left on 1462 and about 1 mile down road is a blinking light which is Co Rd 25, otherwise known as Cow Creek Rd. Turn right and continue south on Co Rd 25 until you come to Co Rd 27. Turn left and ranch is on left at dead end.
