North Radisson Lane, Mount Vernon, IL 62864 - Jefferson County

This a great small property that is a natural funnel. There are some nice home, cabin, or camper sites with water and electric. I personally would create a trail on the north side and clear out a 12-acre food plot on the north and on the south for different wind directions. When I took photos there was a bachelor group of bucks in the bean field across the road and I also saw 3 big toms run into the 38 acres. There is also public hunting ground right down the road for additional hunting opportunities. Mt Vernon is only 5 mins away and Rend Lake with over 19,000 acres of water is nearby. This property could also make a great campground with a little work.
