Auction Information: This is tract 3 of 5 of an online auction. The auction will open at Noon on March 13th with a dynamic close for this tract beginning at 1pm on March 17th. This property will be offered as a single 39 +/- acre tract and then will be combined with tracts 1,2, and 4 as a 115 +/- acre tract. High bids from tracts 1-4 will be added together and then increased by $25,000 to open bidding on tract 5 which will be the whole 115 +/- acre property. Property will sell in whichever for garners the most proceeds. Earnest money for Tract 3 will be $20,000. Property will sell as 39-acres more or less.
