Newellton, LA 71357 - Tensas Parish

This was a farm but was placed into CRP approx. 15 years ago. CRP contract has expired. This tract backs up to the Buckhorn Wildlife Refuge. Deer are present in and near this tract. Located on LA 4 near Newellton LA. It has public water and is on the highway with electricity. This would make a great father/son hunting tract with walking access to the Refuge. Food plots could be established with room for a camp.
