Springhill, LAWebster Parish

The tract is located 5.5 miles southeast of Springhill and approximately 33.5 miles northeast of Shreveport. Access to the property is via Parish Road 225A off of Ponder Road. Parish Road 225A provides direct access to Dorcheat Bayou for hunting or boat access. Dorcheat Bayou runs through the middle of the property. East of Dorcheat Bayou has been harvested and is ready to be replanted. West of the bayou has native pine and hardwood. Topography on the tract is generally flat.
