In addition to its high wheat production, the CRP program on the farm provides a mecca for wildlife including Trophy Mule Deer, Pronghorn Antelope, Dove, and is very close to some of the best waterfowl hunting in the State. Included in the sale is a 7-acre parcel with highway and railroad frontage with five cone bottom storage bins allowing for up to 120,000 bushels for drying and storage. In addition, four of the bins are air connected, with a fifth being a drying bin with a propane hookup to accelerate crop drying and offer protection. Three phase power and multiple 220v hookups are available onsite.
