Parcel #1 is 1.5 miles SE of Beulah and is 93% tillable ground & is adjacent to the Knife River. This parcel offers beautiful flat river bottom and great access directly off of Mercer County Rd #20.
Parcel #2 is 4.5 miles SW of Zap and has very good access directly off of Mercer County Rd #11. Roughly 1/3 of this parcel is tillable ground, currently in tame grass and is being used as pastureland.
