The Dumico Ranch is in Real County, Texas off Ranch Road 337 approximately 7 miles west of Leakey, Texas and 14 miles east of Campwood Texas. The ranch is 7 miles north of RR337, 3.5 miles north (road is scheduled to be asphalted 2023) remaining caliche 3.5 mile road to ranch entrance (No Outlet).
The ranch has the Cord Creek (dry) routed through the western side with bluffs, pastures/meadows. It has one small spring, one small manmade lined pond, a water well, and wildlife exemption waterers. It has been used primarily for hunting and recreational property. It was subdivided out of the Lewis Ranch which consisted of 19 sections of land. There are no owners association or yearly dues. There is no shared water or sewage systems. Restrictions: cannot be divided into smaller than 100-acre tracts, 200 acres is the minimum acreage for high fence requirements, no mobile homes are allowed, day hunting or hunting leases are not allowed. Rvs are allowed.
