History: This ranch offers lots of history from early years of Montana. The Hockett Cattle Trail came full length in 1882. Hockett was an early mail drop on the West side of the Powder River.

The river land offers abundant hay & crop ground including two 170 acre valley circle systems and 400 acres hay & crop irrigation from the Powder River and Alkali Creek Reservoir. 275 of this acreage is dead level for good coverage.
