Feedlot: 600+/- acres plus an option for an addition 320 acres in one continuous unit. Currently permitted for 8,000 head at this time, DENR approved and a certified completion of the Manure Management System, along with an application submitted for an additional 4,500 head. Each pen has up to 250 head capacity with large mounds, good drainage, and warm winter southern exposure. Water for all the pens is furnished from the free-flowing continuous well. 10' x 70' truck scale with a 120,000 capacity for trucks is located at the office building. The livestock scale in the working alley can weigh up to 30 head at one time.
