Bring the Camper, Tents or RV and be prepared to enjoy the outdoors. Here you have a great find, near Salida and within a short drive to Buena Vista Colorado (World Class White Water Rafting country) a 60 acres of Placer Claim, legally filed with the Federal Government and County Recorder. This is not a common find in the area. This is a great area to pan when there is water or explore the run off when it is dry. Bring your pan and metal detector and get ready. There are flat areas to stage/park on without an issue. There are visible minerals in the rock all over the area. This is about as isolated as one can get with reasonable access.
