County Road 240, Salida, CO 81201 - Chaffee County

Be prepared to enjoy the outdoors. Here you have a great find, in Salida Colorado where there is (World Class White Water Rafting country) just over 60 acres of Placer Claim, on the Arkansas, legally filed with the Federal Government and County Recorder. This is not a common find in the area. This is a great area to pan in the water and hunt for Gold and other minerals and do some fishing while you are there. There are really nice wash areas coming down from the mountain where Quartz is visible. This a great way to spend your time in the outdoors. The road is a county road, it is drivable but a higher clearing vehicle is recommended. This is not for making a residence nor homesteading.
