OVERVIEW
A breathtaking cattle and recreational ranch positioned in the western Sierra Nevada foothills, Los Robles Ranch is comprised of 6,139 acres. A large, well-blocked cattle ranch situated in the picturesque Yokohl Valley on the west side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Los Robles Ranch has traditionally run over a thousand head of cattle during the winter months. Equally suited to a year-round cow-calf operation with a capacity of around 400 head, Los Robles Ranch boasts numerous springs and several reservoirs which provide ample stock water.
LOCATION & ACCESS
Los Robles Ranch is positioned just 15 miles east of downtown Exeter and 25 miles east of the city of Visalia. Visalia offers amenities and conveniences including shopping, restaurants, entertainment and municipal airport.

IMPROVEMENTS
A modest, yet comfortable set of improvements include an owners home, managers home, bunkhouse and barn. There are also new cattle-working facilities and the Ranch is cross and perimeter fenced. Additionally, Los Robles Ranch has no encumbrances or through-easements that disrupt ownership or enjoyment.
RECREATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
There are a multitude of recreational opportunities on site and in the surrounding area, with enjoyable wildlife populations including deer and California quail. Recreational advantages include a fishable pond stocked with bass and catfish plus hunting and snow skiing nearby.
