The front porch overlooks a small pond that has plenty of fishing opportunities for the whole family. A great road system throughout the property allows for ease of travel to the food plots, where you will find nice box blinds and feeders that the owners will leave in place.

Property consist of elevation from 840 to 900, heavy brush is a mix of oak, cedar, pine, and other various species. Two food plots have been cleared and set up as hunting locations. There are more possibilities to create other wildlife habitat, but owners have elected not to disturb much of the native brush to allow natural bedding and sanctuary areas.

The amount of tracks and browsing on the food plots reflects a very strong population of deer on the property.
