Hunting:Twin Mills is located in big ranch country and has been strictly managed for over a decade. There is a very strong population of whitetail deer because of the strict management. Other game includes quail, turkey, feral hogs and several species of predatory animals.

Minerals: All owned minerals will transfer with an acceptable contract. Seller believes he owns 25%, but this has not been verified.
