There are 2 wells connected to circles 1, 2, & 3 and 2 wells connected to circles 4&5. There is a single phase electricity to the property with 3 phrase converters used for sprinklers. The 3,300 sq ft (per the tax office) metal barn has concrete floors, electricity, and a nice one bedroom apartment on the west side of the barn. There is also a large set of piperail working pens on the east side of the property with the working area under a metal processing barn anad permanent loading chute with crowding alley.
