Tract 1 is 56 +/- acres of development land adjacent to the city of Dumas city limits. This tract is flat and undeveloped land that could easily be turned into the next home development in Dumas. This is a grass tract with good fencing on three sides. Access to this tract will be by easement through Tracts 2 and 3.

Tract 2 is a 51 +/- acres of exceptional development land which sits next to the southern edge of Dumas. Similar to Tract 1, this tract is flat and undeveloped and could easily be turned into a housing development. This grass tract has good fencing on two sides and access to this tract will be given through Tract 3.

Tract 3 includes 8+/- acres and features 1490 +/- feet of US HWY 287 frontage road. It is undeveloped and is primarily grassland that could easily be developed for commercial use. This tract is easily accessible and could garner a lot of attention from highway traffic.
