Farm #3 (80 Acres): This small grain/livestock farm (with hunting potential) is located southwest, across the road, from Farm #2. According to the Alfalfa Co. F.S.A., there are 51.78 acres of cropland with a 51.1 acre wheat base and a PLC yield of 31 bushel per acre. Principle soil types of the cropland include: Grant silt loam & Port silt loam, both Class II; Grant silt loam, Class III; and Grant-Nash complex, Class IV. The balance of the land is in native grass pasture, live creek and scattered timber.
