This 80 acre block of land is located 5 miles south of Vardaman Ms on county gravel rd 454 in a Farming and Timberland community.

The first thing you will notice when you arrive at the property is a large red brick building about 75 feet long and 40 feet wide with a large gravel parking lot. This was a church 30 to 40 years ago but now serves as a Deer camp complete with electricity and water, provided by Atlanta water Association. Camp amenities include Kitchen with fridge and cabinets-bath room ( with septic tank ) - wood heater- pool table- foos ball table- lots of room.

The property has 4 shooting houses and several tree stands that are easily accessible by the network of trails and food plots scattered through the 30 year old stand of natural pine and hardwood timber. When I was Scouting property I Found a salt lick that the deer had made a loblolly out of and there would have be turkeys in the hard wood draws. Most of the adjoining land owners are timber companies creating a large area for wildlife to roam.
