It simply cannot be overstated how rare a pine tree ranch of this size and caliber is in California. The current owners have been the stewards of the land since 1989 and painstakingly cared for, improved, and loved this place. Throughout the current owners 33-year stewardship, they have built two beautiful cabins that overlook the meadow, a horse barn, and grown it to its current 812-acre size. Additionally, the owners have maintained the private forest and reforested sections of the ranch to a quality that are second to none. Water is abundant on the ranch, with roughly two miles of Snow Creek running through the middle of the ranch and one of the most picturesque, stocked ponds in the Sierra.
