This land is in the Braxton area of north Simpson County near the end of a dead-end road. It contains rolling hills, lots of hardwoods including many good-sized white oaks, and good trails. An opening on a high point near the middle of the property is a pretty spot for a camp, a permanent home, or a food plot. The hardwood finger ridges trail down to meet a small creek that crosses the property. Its sandy bottom and crystal-clear water sure create a beautiful picture as it meanders through the hardwoods. Plenty of deer tracks, a few gobbler tracks, and fresh turkey scratching were observed while walking this land the first time. This land would be a great fit for anyone looking for a little seclusion, a site for a weekend getaway or permanent home, or just a great place to do a little hunting or simply to be outdoors.
