WILDLIFE: The ranch has been strictly managed for the last 5 years. Native whitetail deer density is estimated at 1 deer per 10 acres with a ratio of 1.42 does per buck. There have been no sightings of feral hogs. Birds include Bobwhite and Blue quail, mourning dove, duck and sandhill crains. Both the dove and cranes flock to the front fields under irrigation each fall.
