Two vacant lots, near Romie's Restaurant , on West Jackson Street that have been cleared for new development. Buyer must describe plan for utilization of property in offer. Once purchased, Buyer will present construction plans to Seller for approval of the exterior features; and Buyer will be substantially complete with the construction of one residence or building on property within twelve months of sale date. If Buyer fails to comply with this time limitation, Seller shall have the option to repurchase the lots at the sale price, plus legal closing expenses and the documented cost of building materials used on the site by the Buyer. A survey, a flood plain certification, and a construction engineering study are available for purchase for three additional fees.
