Description: This ranch ranges in topography from gently sloping hillside to steeper sloping high hills with headers and draws. Elevations range from 2100 feet to 2371 feet. Vegetation includes live oak, shin oak and moderate to heavy cedar. This habitat is excellent for both deer and turkey. Outside fences are good to excellent with the frontage along the county road on the east unfenced. A buyer will be required to fence that boundary which is approximately one mile.
