Water:

The ranch features 700 +/- feet of both sides of the clear water, year-round Indian Creek. There is a well-constructed dam on the property that holds back an ample amount of water. The ranch also includes 3 permitted water wells each of these wells pump 17.45 GPM and are each permitted for a maximum of 12 Acre Feet of water annually. In addition the property features a windmill well that supplies water to a small pond for cattle and wildlife.
