Hartig Ranch (+/-57.87 Acres) - PENDING

Block 1: +/- 4 Acres of Fukomoto Navels. Planted in 1995.

Block 2: +/- 11 Acres of Washington Navels. Planted in 1960.

Block 3: +/- 11 Acres will be planted to Kirkwood Red Navels on Trifoliate rootstock during the summer of 2023.

Block 4: +/- 14 Acres of Valencia Oranges. Planted in 1960.

Block 5: +/- 4 Acres of Cara Caras planted to Carrizo rootstock. Planted in 2007.

Block 6: +/- 6 Acres of Cara Caras planted to Carrizo rootstock. Planted in 2007.

Block 7: +/- 3 Acres of Meyer Lemons planted to Volk rootstock. Planted in 2014.

Block 8: +/- 4 Acres of Cara Caras planted to Carrizo rootstock. Planted in 2007.

Young Ranch (+/-20 Acres) - PENDING

Block 1: +/- 10 Acres of Lemons. Planted in 1976.

Block 2: +/- 5 Acres of Atwood Navels. Planted in 1960.

Block 3: +/- 5 Acres of Frost Nucellar Navels. Planted in 1960.

Note: Blocks 2 and 3 to be removed in the spring of 2024 and replanted to lemons.

McMullin Ranch (+/-9.74 Acres) - PENDING

Block 1: +/-5 Acres planted to Washington Navels on C-35 rootstock. Planted in 2005.

Block 2: +/- 5 Acres will be replanted to Washington Navels on Trifoliate rootstock in the summer of 2023.

Perkins Ranch (+/-9.25 Acres) - PENDING

Block 1: +/- 9.25 Acres Powell Navels. Planted in 1995.

Water

The property is located in the Lindsay-Strathmore Irrigation District and part of the East Kaweah GSA.

There are four (4) wells on the property which consist of the following: two (2) wells on Hartig Ranch, one (1) well on Young Ranch, and one (1) off-site shared submersible well on McMullin Ranch.

The property is irrigated via micro-sprinklers.
