Land parcels will sell first at 10:00 AM, with buyers choice with privilege. Bid price X the deeded acres. 10% down [non-refundable], per tract, as earnest money the day of sale. Home sites to sell after the land and will be sold to the highest bidder in total dollars per tract. The hog barns to be sold at 1:00 PM and sold to the highest bidder X total dollars. 10% down [non-refundable], per tract, as earnest money the day of sale. Possession of land is after current tenants crops are removed. Closing date on land is on, or before, November 1, 2023. Possession of home sites at closing. Closing date is set for November 1, 2023, but inquire about possible later closing date. Closing date on Hog Barns is November 1, 2023. Hog barns are open and free of contract.
