Home sites to sell after the land and will be sold to the highest bidder in total dollars per tract. The hog barns to be sold at 1:00 PM and sold to the highest bidder X total dollars. 10% down [non-refundable], per tract, as earnest money the day of sale. Possession of land is after current tenants crops are removed. Closing date on land is on, or before, November 1, 2023. Possession of home sites at closing.
