The whole road system is in great shape and there are two power lines that are nice for deer hunting. The property is located on Jackson Lake Road and has +/- 2,000 feet of narrow frontage on the Ocmulgee River just below the Jackson Lake Dam and +/- 1.4 miles of frontage on Herds Creek which is a really beautiful creek. My thoughts for the property would be for a subdivision now or grow the timber out and use it for recreation now and turn it into a subdivision later. The area around the lake is really growing from people out of the Atlanta area.
