These tracts are located to the east of the city of Jonesboro in the County

The tract descriptions are as follows:
Tract #1: 33.17 acres with frontage on County paved road #905. The traffic
county for CR #905 was estimated by the Craighead County Road
Superintend at 10,000 vehicles a day. This tract has 30.83 crop acres and a
Electric Turbine Irrigation well. The topography is undulating to a nice
slope. The northern boundary is Bridger Creek. This tract lies one-quarter
(1/4) mile east of the city limits of Jonesboro.
Tract #2: 31.06 acres located to the east of Tract #1 by 1/4 mile has 30.77
crop acres. Access is by field road easement. The north and eastern
boundary of this tract is the Bridger Creek. This tract is irrigated from an
irrigation well power by a portable diesel power unit located in the very NW
corner of this tract. The topography is gently sloping to the south. Access is
by designated easement.
Tract #3: 39.81 acres located to the east of Tracts 1 and 2 about one-half
