Just $2,799 Down! This Big Valley Ranches property is perfectly situated between Chambers and St Johns area of Northern Arizona, offering seclusion, beautiful foothill views, mature Juniper, and great access giving you the total freedom you desire.
The terrain is mostly level to gently rolling and is heavily wooded with vibrant Juniper that offer just the right amount of privacy and views. A little trip to Witch Well Tavern and With Wells Farmers Market & Swap Meet, you can shop the market and try out some local eats. Close to Chambers, you can make a quick drive for some small town charm or to pick up the basics. *Any miscellaneous remnants found on the property are as-is.*

-No restrictions on dwelling size.
-You can build anything for residential purposes such as Single Family, Mobile or Manufactured home.

Notes from photographer: This property is easy to reach. Its relatively flat with plenty of Junipers and other small brush throughout. There is a road which runs through the middle as well as smaller access two-track roads which run along the north and south borders of the property. At the time of capturing footage, there was a dilapidated camping trailer which sits on the east side of the property. Otherwise, the land is relatively untouched and is ready to be built upon, or to have another camping set up parked there. There were few neighbors nearby.
I have included a complete set of ACTUAL property photos all boundary outlines in footage are approximate. I have not visited this property and have included everything I know about it below.
