Auction Information: This is tract 5 of an online auction. The auction will open at Noon on March 13th with a dynamic close of this tract beginning at 5pm on March 17th. This property is the combination of tracts 1-4 and totals 115 +/- acres. High bids from tracts 1-4 will be added together and then increased by $25,000 to open bidding on tract 5 which will be the whole 115 +/- acre property. Property will sell in whichever for garners the most proceeds. Earnest money for Tract 5 will be $60,000. Property will sell as 115-acres more or less. If properties sell as individual tracts, not as a whole 115-acre trat, a boundary survey will be completed for each tract.

A single entrance for each tract (Tracts 1-4) off of Americus Road has been pre-approved by the Lyon County Commissioners.
