What an amazing location. The lots are 1 block from the Scioto River and the OShaughnessy Reservoir Park, approx. 2 miles from the boat ramp and the golf course and 5 miles from the zoo. High speed internet, phone, cable tv, electric and Del-Co water are available at the street. This land is located in Concord Township and is zoned Farm Residential District (FR-1). It's in the Buckeye Valley (2102) school district, but no worries about high taxes: while the adjacent neighbor has a Powell, OH 43065 address, this property is actually considered Delaware County 43015, meaning lower taxes--currently only about $1840.10 per year on the whole 5.455 acres.

The acreage is a package consisting of two of three adjacent lots of woods with a nice mixture of mature trees and younger trees and a small stream that starts at the Scioto River and meanders through all three lots. The land has a gentle slope with good drainage, so you won't have to build your house on stilts and can even have a basement, as the Scioto River is close enough to walk, but far enough to avoid floods. The three lots are arranged in a front back split which can be purchased together as approximately 5.455 acres for $490,000.
