At a young age I began working as a farm hand, later to become a Veterinarian Assistant and leasing land to operate a small feeder cattle operation. In 1970 my wife Deborah and I were married . After completing an Order Buyer course I went to work for Interstate Producers Livestock Association as a Branch Manager of a Livestock Buying Station, while operating my own feeder pig and cattle operation. Leaving IPLA and accepting a position with Hormel Packing Company as an Order Buyer, my wife and I moved to Lake of The Ozarks . In 1989 we both received our Real Estate Brokers License and opened our Real Estate Brokerage Agency in June 1989. We joined the Ozark Board of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. Soon after , I was ask to become a Committee member of the local MLS Board of Ethics Committee. My wife Deborah and I both received the Million Dollar Sales Achievement Award in 1989 and have achieved Multi Million Dollars Sales Awards every year since. I have been the Buyers Agent assisting a very large Cattle Rancher in Missouri putting together over 32,000 acres of ranch and crop land in the past 25 years. I have assisted several investors procuring several crop land portfolios and provide Farm Management for these properties. I am presently assisting the largest Farm Management Group in the U.S. and assisted them as a Buyers Agent in purchasing over $60,000,000.00 worth of cropland in the past 14 months. My wife and I are currently active in our own row crop, cow/calf and feedlot farming operation. I am back owning, residing and operating the Farm that I began working on at the age of 13. My Wife and I are Current Members of the Lake Ozark Board of Realtors, Mark Twain Board of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I currently hold both Iowa and Missouri Real Estate Broker license and also belong to the Iowa Association of Realtors.
