To access the property, youll have to drive around to the back of the parcel and through an easement. Please follow the directions carefully and have the uploaded map for reference. You will need an agent to call ShowingTime for the gate code.

From HWY 16 coming from Bandera take a left on to Mesa Verde if coming from Kerrville take a right. Once you turn on to Mesa Verde Dr. continue driving straight and pass my For Sale sign on the left about two miles down the road. That is the bottom of the property which currently does not have an access point. To access the property, go up the hill until you hit a T-intersection. Take a left there onto Zapata Ridge. Zapata Ridge will turn right and take you passed a little house on the left side of the road. Continue straight until you see a gate in the curve of the road about 0.21 miles. Enter the gate with the combo lock provided though ShowingTime and follow that easement until you are on the property about 0.14 miles. While on the easement, you will drive passed some new construction on the left. Keep driving until you run into a fence. Park at the fence and walk in the direction of the arrow on the map uploaded to photos. Once the fence ends and the property opens up, that whole top portion and surrounding land is the property. You should have service at the top.
