Silver spur ranch is exactly 10 miles south of Interstate 10 on County Road 1111 a/k/a Indian Hot Springs road
You're in west Texas- You will be on Interstate 10. Coming from either direction you will get off exit 107 Sierra Blanca 1111 (note-there are 3 Sierra Blanca exits, you will be exiting exit 107 & it will say 1111 on the exit sign in big letters). Take 1111 SOUTH for exactly 10 miles *(after the first 5 miles on 1111 south it will become Indian Hot Springs road). When you've gone a total of 10 miles south from the interstate, At this point you will have entered the Silver Spur ranch. Marked roads will bring you directly to your tracts. We will give you specifics and maps for your tract(s) however for your first trip to your land you should absolutely do the land tour, you're not forced to of course.
