Directions to Property: Drive Southwest on Ricks Road. You will pass the mailbox for 309 Ricks Road on the left and then 354 Ricks Road on the right. At this point you have two options:

1) In order to access the property from the West side easement, immediately take the dirt drive/road that veers off to the right immediately after the driveway for 354 Ricks Rd. At the next fork in the dirt road, stay to the right. After the road curves around to the SW stay towards the left (a drive goes off to the right). When you near the end of the dirt road, stay to the left (dont curve around to the bitter end) and the NW corner of the property should be on your left (to the east).

2) In order to access the property from the East side easement, pass the driveway for 354 Ricks Road and continue on Ricks Road until you pass 441 Ricks Road on your left, then immediately take the next left, which is the drive to 451 Ricks Road. Shortly after turning onto the drive for 451 Ricks Road, there is a dirt drive that curves towards a small tree and then go diagonally in a SW direction until you reach the NE corner of the property.
