CONSERVATION EASEMENT: Ridgeline North, LLC and 358 Acres of Ridgeline West, LLC are under a Conservation easement in favor of North American Land Trust as recorded in the office of the Judge of Probate, Cherokee County, AL instrument #0186158 and #182229 respectively and are selling subject to such easements.
