Tucson AZ property for sale. These are two, adjacent parcels that are virgin desert landscape in the foothills of the Sierrita Mountains, southwest of Tucson, AZ. A shallow wash runs through the SW corner of the properties and there are some hills but these all add interest before the wide open, majority of the property opens up to the north.
These parcels would be ideal for those that want peace and quiet from city life in unincorporated Pima county. Driving south from Hwy 86 (Ajo Hwy) down paved Sierrita Mountain road you will pass the former O-Bar-J Ranch, now known as Diamond Bell Ranch, a housing development begun in the 1970s that is zoned CR-1 and doesn't allow manufactured homes. Continuing past this development where the paved road ends, manufactured homes are allowed with homes in the area using solar panels and water capture systems.
This is a great opportunity to own some Tucson AZ acreage, almost 15 off-grid acres to invest in, play on, or build your home with room to roam! Seller financing may be considered with 25% down or feel free to make your best cash offer. Details below.

Take Sierrita Mountain road south about 7 miles where the paved road turns right and Sierrita Mountain road continues south as a dirt road about another 3 mi. You then reach a split in the road but stay left on OJ Ranch road and continue straight about a mile until the road splits 3 ways. Stay left on OJ Ranch road, the middle road.
The road then winds a bit and has a few side roads off of it but continue on OJ Ranch road until reaching another split in the road with each option labeled Cysco. Take Cysco to the right and continue to keep right until passing through a wash at the bottom of a steep hill. After crossing the wash the hill goes back up at a steep slope. Continue straight until the road ends. Make a left turn at the end of the road and follow it until you arrive at the top of the hill with the parking pull out. It is then a small hike downhill to the parcel.
